-Artist's Thoughts-
This was surprisingly a very challenging piece. I took a lot of time to make sure I wasn't rushing some of the more tedious areas but also just took my time to study and learn while also applying what I learn into this piece. I wanted to go for a different pose than what I would normally do, a pose that would really flatter and emphasize the character's chest as it was the most beautiful part of the character to me but also a pose that would reflect well on the character's personality. At one point I got confused about the colour palette and overall tone of the piece. Originally I planned to go for a cool toned theme but as I continued to shade it ended up becoming much warmer. I tried to balance out both the warm tones and cool tones the best that I could so it wouldn't be a clash of both warm and cool. That was probably the most difficult part for me.
